Privacy Policy
In short
- Your ride app logins, passwords and OTPs stay on your phone and never reach us. You always book in the ride app yourself.
- We don't sell your data or show ads. Usage analytics and crash reports are optional.
- Delete everything any time in Settings → Privacy → Delete my data.
Overview
RytClick compares ride fares across apps such as Uber, Ola and Rapido and recommends one. It is operated by Bhvs Technology Solutions Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your choices, as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Google Play.
What we collect and why

Usage analytics and crash reports are on until you turn them off in Settings → Privacy → Share usage and crash reports.
We don't collect ride app passwords, OTPs or login sessions (these stay encrypted on your phone), your contacts, photos, messages or files, or any payment details. RytClick never books or pays for you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or show ads. We share data only with providers that run RytClick:
- Google Cloud and Neon: our servers and database, in Mumbai, India.
- Google Maps Platform: place search, routes and maps.
- Google Sign-In and Play services: optional sign-in, app integrity and updates.
- Google Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports, if you share them. Google processes them for us and may store them outside India.
- Ride apps you link: they see your trip when RytClick opens their website on your phone, under their own privacy policies.
RytClick's use of information from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data on your phone is encrypted with keys in Android's secure hardware, and all traffic uses HTTPS. Our servers are in India; crash reports are held by Firebase Crashlytics, as above. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists and erased when you delete it. Crash reports are deleted after 90 days. Data on your phone stays until you log out, delete your data or uninstall.
Your rights
You can access, correct and erase your data, withdraw consent and nominate someone to act for you. Edit your profile in Settings, turn off usage analytics and crash reports in Settings → Privacy, unlink ride apps in Settings → Ride apps, or e-mail grievance@bhvstech.com. We reply within 30 days.
Delete your account
In the app: open RytClick → Settings → Privacy → Delete my data → confirm.
Without the app: e-mail grievance@bhvstech.com with the subject Delete my RytClick account, from the e-mail on your account or quoting the mobile number in your profile. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted: your account and everything linked to it on our servers: profile, rides, saved places, linked-app records, Google link, analytics and feedback. Deleting in the app also clears your phone, including ride app logins.
What is kept: only de-identified fare data, which can't be linked back to you. Deletion is permanent. Uninstalling alone doesn't delete your account.
Children
RytClick is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
We'll post changes here and tell you in the app before a significant change applies.
