Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Bhvs Technology Solutions Private Limited for using RytClick. By ticking "I agree" or using the app, you accept them and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18.
What RytClick does
RytClick compares fares from ride apps you link, such as Uber, Ola and Rapido, and hands you over to the ride app to book.
- We are not a ride or transport provider. Every booking, payment, cancellation and refund is between you and the ride app, under its terms.
- RytClick is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any ride app. Their names and logos belong to their owners.
- RytClick is free and handles no payments.
Linking ride apps
You sign in to each ride app yourself, on its own page. Your login stays on your phone and RytClick never asks for your password or OTP. You must follow each ride app's terms. A ride app may change its site or sign you out (for example, linking Rapido may sign you out of the Rapido app); we aren't responsible for that.
Fares and recommendations
Fares are estimates of what each ride app showed at that moment. The final fare is set by the ride app and may differ. Recommendations and "savings" are indications only, and ride status may be delayed. Always rely on the ride app for your ride and safety.
Acceptable use
Use RytClick only for your own rides and lawful purposes. Don't resell it, scrape or overload it, reverse engineer it, bypass its security, or use someone else's account. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
RytClick is in an early pilot. Features may change and comparison for a ride app may stop working when that app changes its website. We may change or end the service at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
RytClick is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for your rides, for anything a ride app or driver does, or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Ending and changes
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings → Privacy → Delete my data. We may suspend access if you break these terms. We'll post changes here and tell you in the app about important ones. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
